Job Description

Position Overview
Drives revenue and provides an exceptional client experience through relationship building, product knowledge sharing, and presenting, in a clean, safe, well-maintained store environment. Assist management team in consistently achieving store goals.


Responsibilities
In addition to Sales Associate roles of providing excellence in delivering the Client Experience, the Sales Lead is:
• responsible for supporting the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in overseeing the operational functioning of the store
• Possessing keys to the store and completing individually or performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of management (e.g., opening / closing registers, opening checklists, bank deposits, filling in, recovery, cleaning, retrieves/sends voicemail,  accepts/receives shipment)
• Assuming PIN and signature privileges for the following register functions: merchandise credits, paid-ins / paid-outs, associate purchases, cash and credit card refunds and voids
• Recovers and replenishes the store, executes merchandising directives and maintains visual merchandising presentations
• Understands the culture of bevello and ensures compliance with all Values & Behaviors, as well as store operational standards


Requirements
• Client Experience: ability to function as a role model, ensuring the client remains the top priority; takes initiative to build a loyal client base
• Follows Direction: ability to prioritize and meet deadlines as assigned with minimal supervision
• Communication: demonstration of both verbal & written communication skills to leadership, internal & external clients; strong enough command of the English language to read, speak & write effectively
• Accuracy: ability to handle cash & provide change without error
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet the needs of the business
• Minimum High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum one year sales associate or relevant experience in the service industry with proven results

Position Overview

• Merchandising: knowledge of visual standards and techniques and ability to implement and substitute within visual guidelines 
• Communication: demonstration of strong verbal and written communication skills to store team, District Manager and Headquarters
• Business Analysis: ability to forecast and analyze business trends and manage payroll expense in order to maximize store performance
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree or proven results in management and sales
• Minimum two years management or relevant experience in retail or service industry.
