Government biologists feed raw meat with special enhancers to a pack of dogs they are training for the military. The same experimental enhancers the dogs ate are given to military men to make them stronger and disease resistant. They become zombies. The experiment has backfired. The flesh eaters can smell out their victims, making it impossible to hide. An entire military base has succumbed to the condition with very few survivors. Hiding inside an underground fallout shelter, the living are afraid they will be the next victims. Every moment, they fear for their lives. They study the living dead for clues to create the antidote before the zombie nightmare kills them all.
