12:22 Ac efe a ddywedodd wrth ei ddisgyblion, Am hynny yr wyf yn dywedyd wrthych, Nac ofnwch am eich bywyd, beth a fwytewch; nac am y corff, beth a wisgwch.
12:22 And he said unto his disciples, Therefore I say unto you, Take no thought for your life, what ye shall eat; neither for the body, what ye shall put on.
12:23 Mae'r bywyd yn fwy na'r bwyd, a'r corff yn fwy na'r dillad.
12:23 The life is more than meat, and the body is more than raiment.
12:24 Ystyriwch y cigfrain: canys nid ydynt yn hau nac yn medi; nid oes ganddynt na drysorfa na sgubor; ac y mae Duw yn eu bwydo hwynt: faint mwy gwell ydych chwi na'r adar?
12:24 Consider the ravens: for they neither sow nor reap; which neither have storehouse nor barn; and God feedeth them: how much more are ye better than the fowls?
12:25 A phwy ohonoch, trwy ofalu, a all ychwanegu un cufydd at ei faint?
12:25 And which of you with taking thought can add to his stature one cubit?
12:26 Os nad ydych yn gallu gwneud y peth lleiaf, pam yr ydych yn poeni am y gweddill?
12:26 If ye then be not able to do that thing which is least, why take ye thought for the rest?
12:27 Ystyriwch y lili fel y maent yn tyfu: nid ydynt yn llafurio, nid ydynt yn nyddu; ac eto yr wyf yn dweud wrthych, nad oedd Solomon yn ei holl ogoniant wedi ei wisgo fel un o'r rhain.
12:27 Consider the lilies how they grow: they toil not, they spin not; and yet I say unto you, that Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these.
12:28 Os felly y mae Duw yn dilladu'r gwellt sydd heddiw yn y maes, ac yfory yn cael ei daflu i'r ffwrn; faint mwy y dillada efe chwi, chwi o ychydig ffydd?
12:28 If then God so clothe the grass, which is to day in the field, and to morrow is cast into the oven; how much more will he clothe you, O ye of little faith?
12:29 Ac na cheisiwch beth a fwytewch, neu beth a yfwch, ac na fyddwch o amheuaeth.
12:29 And seek not ye what ye shall eat, or what ye shall drink, neither be ye of doubtful mind.
12:30 Oherwydd y mae cenhedloedd y byd yn ceisio'r holl bethau hyn: ac mae eich Tad yn gwybod bod arnoch angen y pethau hyn.
12:30 For all these things do the nations of the world seek after: and your Father knoweth that ye have need of these things.
