A young child is represented in the form of an animal character who is experiencing anxiety for the first time. The anxiety manifests as a wiggly worm. When an uncomfortable situation arises again, the presence of the worm helps the child recognize and manage their anxious feelings, providing a tool for coping with future experiences of anxiety.
