This book is designed to inspire young athletes with engaging lessons and activities that build confidence, resilience, and leadership skills. Perfect for athletes, coaches, teams, and parents, this book supports the holistic development of young female athletes. FAM stands for Female Athlete Mentorship. Over the years of running our female athlete mentorship programs, we've created and compiled these activities and want to share them with you!
