Lee Jones is a Wirral-born author, Kitchen and Bathroom designer and supplier, and founder of UnboxedTogether Ltd - a movement built on lived experience, raw honesty, and the search for clarity in a noisy world.
After years of burnout, exhaustion, and life on autopilot, Lee discovered that what he thought was a mental health breakdown was really a buildup - of additives, stimulants, and stress hiding in plain sight. When he was finally diagnosed with ADHD, the pieces began to fit. Food, focus, and emotional chaos were all connected.
Driven by a mix of science, rebellion, and empathy, Lee rebuilt his life from the inside out - studying every label, testing every habit, and documenting the journey that became Unboxed - The Dirty Secret Hiding in Our Diet.
Today, through his book, workshops, and the UnboxedTogether platform, he helps others "lift the fog," understand their own chemistry, and rebuild energy and focus in a world designed to drain both.
