This official 175 gram Ultimate Frisbee Disc is professionally designed and Ultimate Players Association approved. Ultimate Frisbee combines the non-stop movement and athletic endurance of soccer, the defensive maneuvering of basketball, and the aerial passing skills of football. The rules are simple: two teams composed of seven athletes each compete to reach end zones located at either end of an area roughly the size of a football field. Teams score by passing the Frisbee to a teammate located inside the end zone. Running with the Frisbee Disc is not allowed. Highly competitive play is encouraged, but never at the expense of the bond of mutual respect between players, adherence to the agreed-upon rules of the game, or the basic joy of play.
