How to Use:
1. Power On: Long press the Power/EMS mode button for 1.5seconds to turn on the device. On the first power-on, the defaultsettings are: Massage Level 0, EMS Level 0, and Red Light on. Afterthat, the device will default to the "memory level" (the last usedsettings before the device was turned off).
2. Power Off: Long press the Power/EMS mode button for 1.5seconds to turn off the device.
3. Massage Level Adjustment: Short press the Massage Level buttonto switch between massage levels, cycling through 0-1-2-3-0. Themassage model indicator light cycles through Off-White-Yellow-Orange-Off.
4. EMS Level Adjustment: Short press the Power/EMs mode buttonto switch between EMS levels, cycling through 0-1-2-3-0. The EMSindicator light cycles through Off-white-Yellow-Orange-Off.
5. Timing: The device will automatically turn off after running for 10minutes. Changing levels or modes during operation will not affectthe timing. lf both modes are set to level 0. the device will turn offafter 30 seconds.
6. Lock Rotor Instruction: During the massage function, if a lockrotor condition persists for more than three seconds, the devicewill enter a protective state. The massage level indicator will flash.To restore the original massage setting, press the massage levelbutton within five seconds. lf no action is taken within five secondsthe device will automatically switch to the zero level state.
