Olivia Grayson is given an escape for her and her son when she inherits the family estate, Grayson House upon the death of her Aunt. After a tragic accident, Olivia learns it alters her Aunt's will. With few options left to her, she and her only friend, Kathy, devise a plan to take in boarders to fill the many bedrooms of the mansion, strangely left exactly as they were the day each former boarder died.
