ABOUT THE BOOK
The Washington Caliphate uses a historical frame of reference at the beginning to set the tone for the centuries of violence and hatred embedded in the Middle East. It includes a brief history of the rise of Islam on the Arabian Peninsula, its violent inception and its attacks on Americans, and its plans for America. Much of the work focuses on Barack Obama's use of subterfuge, especially his use of language to downplay violent terrorist acts committed against primarily the United States, coupled with actions of Obama's that seemed to highlight his disdain for Christianity, including the placement of known jihadists in government positions. Finally, it describes the enmity towards Christianity that seems pervasive in other Democrats, illustrated by many of their actions. ABOUT THE AUTHOR
David Screws received a BBA in Management in 1974 from Texas A & I University in Kingsville, TX, and spent 32 years after that working in the oil and gas industry. In 2001, he completed a Master of Arts degree in American History at the University of Texas of the Permian Basin and taught as an adjunct in several colleges throughout Texas over the course of 16 years. He also taught the U.S. and World History full-time for 10 years at a small high school in Corpus Christi, TX. He has two published articles in historical journals and recently published another historical/political work titled Democratic Party Elitists.
