I didn't sit down one day and say, I think I'll write a book. No, it came to me in one thought after another, day afterday for weeks, and the weeks turned to years because I hadto live it first. It started when I read the book The Purpose Driven Lifeby Rick Warren. I felt the Lord was leading me to do it. Igave him reasons why - not me! I would say: Lord, I haveno degrees. I am not a good speller. I don't type. Whatwould I write about? I haven't done anything great! Somany troubles in my life from childhood on up, they wouldput it down after the first chapter. Or would they? With Your help I made it, safe and sound. I had answeredmy own question. Maybe this book will helpsomeone else make it, too. I call it The Two Roads of Lifebecause there are two roads. As one person has said, takethe Lemons of Life and make lemonade. Don't let themmake you bitter, but a lot better. My prayer for you is thatthis book will help you choose the right road for your lifeand never, never give up. --Mrs. Pat Bartee
