Eloise works as a temp at a law firm. Feeling bored at work and sick of low pay, she’s considering leaving the job for a new one. That’s when she meets handsome businessman Ricky at her friend’s party. He asks her to pretend to be his girlfriend in return for helping her find a new job. She accepts the offer—she is, after all, about to default on her rent. She’ll attend twelve parties with Ricky before Christmas and she isn’t allowed to fall for him. How hard could it be?
