Communion is not a religious ritual, it is an opportunity to change your very DNA! Today many people are eating from the tree of knowledge of good and evil. But Communion is EXCHANGING your human, limited ability for the supernatural power of God. Communion is receiving nutrients from the LIFE of Heaven, from the tree of life. It is gaining wisdom from Heaven's point of view.
