After narrowly escaping the jaws of an angry and arrogant beast, the children from Uncava find themselves separated while facing difficult challenges in a strange, new world. As they work their way across unfamiliar valleys and treacherous mountains, they encounter new mysterious and unbelievable creatures. Instead of finding the answers they seek, the children only find more unanswered questions: - Who is 'Little Draco' and why is it so important that they find him? - How will they find each other after being separated in an unfamiliar world? - Why did the stones lose their magic? - What mysteries lie behind 'Dragon's Blood'? Where did it come from and what does it really mean? - Who is being held prisoner in the depths of Castle Defigo and why is his family so important to the evil being who lives there? - What force is drawing the children east and what will they find if they ever get there? - Who else traveled through the portal and what will this mean to our adventurers now?
