The Matrix of Hotter n Hell is a glimpse into my journey of transformation as a cyclist in the participation of the annual event of Hotter n Hell in Wichita Falls, Texas every August. One hundred miles and usually one hundred degrees or higher on the open road will transform you or crush you. I personally have experienced elation of a personal best and the pain from suffering the heat to the point of self induced heat exhaustion. Take a short ride with me through my experience and you can short cut the pitfalls that lead to despair on the road to completion of one hundred miles in one hundred degree heat.
