The Lord of the Rings: The Third Age on Game Boy Advance is a turn‑based tactical strategy game set across the full span of the film trilogy. Unlike the console versions, which are traditional RPGs, the GBA edition is a grid‑based strategy experience where you command armies from either the Forces of Good or the Forces of Evil. At the start of a campaign, you choose a commander such as Aragorn, Elrond, or Gandalf for the Good side, or Saruman, the Witch‑King, or the Mouth of Sauron for the Evil side.
