Gianna is a lonely nurse who lives in a small and dull town called Sutton. During one of her shifts in the hospital, Gianna fails to call a doctor in time to save one of her patients from a stroke. The guilt from the dead patient, along with Gianna's loneliness, causes her mental health to decline, and she starts to hear voices. These voices, along with unwanted phone calls and strange writing on the walls, make Gianna think that she might not be the only one in her house.
