In a very engaging way, Dr. Hailu compares the Kingdom of God with earthly governments and kingdoms. From his unique perspective of being both a theologian and a Professor of Political Science, he brings a vast amount of Scripture, coupled with real world experiences and examples, to prove his thesis that although earthly kingdoms may come and go, the Kingdom of God endures forever. He does this in a very readable yet profound manner appealing to both ministers of the Gospel and academics, while still understandable by the lay reader. The person and work of Jesus Christ has revealed itself through the eternal visible Kingdom of God. The book emphasizes the view that one has to experience the power of kingdom of God here on earth before entering it in Heaven.About the AuthorSolomon Hailu, Ph.D is Professor of Political Science at Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
