THE GREAT PHYSICIAN is a biography of Jesus of Nazareth. It includes both an original translation of the Gospel texts and extensive commentary based on 40 years of scholarship and over 80 years of life experience with spiritual healing. Because of printing constraints, it is printed in two volumes which are intended to be read together. Volume 1 includes the narrative; Volume 2 includes footnotes and indexes. Since Volume 1 is written in chronological order rather than by Gospel, most readers will require the Index of Translations in Volume 2 to find specific Gospel chapters and verses.
