control everything. Their methods disregard nearly all previously established rules. Their goals? Generating additional wealth, garnering more power, and maintaining their elitism. Troy, a reluctant member of this class, is slow to realize his significant advantages. Will this help or hurt him?
The common people
seek to survive. Bartering, slavish day labor, and avoiding surveillance are a few of the tools used to oppose their assigned status. Can Carson and Shannon skillfully maneuver through this world and protect their families in the process?
The undesirables
include those considered socially or culturally unacceptable. For them, special camps have been created. Few know what really goes on behind the proverbial curtain. Jimmy does. Can he successfully escape?
The past seems forgotten. The future is unknown. But for a few, their story of resilience, sacrifice, and courage continues.
