Lori wanted revenge. She wanted a cruel, slow, satisfying death for the men who had stabbed her lover, Deirdre, leaving her for dead in a pool of her own blood. In her final moments a dark secret was shared and an even darker promise was made. Deirdre was special. Her family’s history was tied to a man who was certainly unholy and rumoured to be unatural. In her final breath, Deirdre commisioned Lori to seek out this man, Simon, who would exact vengence on her murderers. Filled with rage and an unquenchable blood lust, Lori agreed to find this phantom, holding no regard for consequence or the safety of her own soul. Lori’s search brings her to Florida in the parking lot of a large white tower, a gateway for the dead. But before she can taste revenge she must survive an evil that hates man and heaven.
