Entries include both males and females who served. Yes, we did have females in service, primarily the Rhea County Girls Brigade who married and moved to Hamilton County. Two appendices (Individuals Removed from the Roster and Hamilton County Confederate Units), a bibliography, and a full-name index add to the value of this work.
