It's been 10 years since the humans were defeated at the War of Tears. Now, the last of the human race must spend the remainder of their days in a Compound run by monstrous humanoids known as The Wardens. Yearning to be free, the humans form a rebellion with Kara, one of the last humans able to use magic, as their secret weapon.
