Army privates Windy Bragg and Whitey Hicks don't intentionally try to create mayhem at the various posts they are assigned to, but they just can't help it. Whether it's another scheme to avoid work or meet a gorgeous woman, they inevitably and hilariously end up finding themselves up to their necks in trouble with Sgt. Gruff, Colonel Stone and the rest of the army brass. Not even putting them on KP duty or in the brig keeps the Army safe from Windy and Whitey's special kind of havoc.
