My trilogy, in the genre of contemporary fantasy, opens with the first book titled "The Case of the Unauthorized Release of LostSouls," follows the adventures of a girl named Lybid. In the World of Humans, she is known as Halia. The girl is simultaneously recognized in the mythological Land of Ancestors and forgotten in the corresponding World of Humans. Halia, despite her noble past, but in the modern world appears as a teenager and is a very kind being. As she aimlessly wanders through the cities and towns of Ukraine, she accidentally frees the souls of suffering beings trapped in their unfinished stories. Halia (Lybid) believes it is cruel to torment innocent souls, especially when people show no interest in their outdated tales. The work is deeply metaphorical. Halia embodies our search for personal identity, as well as the acceptance of the irreversibility of events. It illustrates the ability to find one's place in turbulent times, to feel like a part of one's homeland, and to collaborate with others to achieve a common goal. This work is about kindness, friendship, and support.
