Senior year is off to a rocky start. Nettie isn't speaking to Elisa. Andrew isn't speaking to Nettie. And Drew hogs the bathroom. All the relationships in Nettie's life are strained, and it's not the way she envisioned her last year of high school at all. Andrew spent the summer attending one college football camp after another while trying to forget that Nettie rejected him yet again.
