Textile geometry is the creative and technical process by which thread or yarn fibers are woven together or interlaced to form a flexible, functional, and decorative cloth or fabric that is subsequently printed upon or otherwise adorned. This book is intended as a design book for novice textile designers, both in and out of education, to offer experimental methods and encourage originality and creativity in their approach to design. All projects and ideas have been executed by learners from Primary school to Further Education, including learners with impaired fine motor control.
