This book presents an innovative process related to the Systematization of Nursing Care (SNC). This work is of great relevance to the scientific field, given that the SNC is currently indispensable in all health establishments, and must be present in all health services in the country, according to resolution 358/2009 of the Federal Nursing Council (COFEN). In addition, this work presents the main difficulties faced by nurses with regard to its application. It is hoped that this work will help nurses to reflect on the importance of systematizing care for their patients. Making nursing a less empirical and more scientific profession.
