Two independent 6 L tanks give this countertop fryer a 12.8 qt total working volume, so a snack bar can run fries on one side and battered fish on the other without trading flavors. A 3400W supply heats both sides, and the temperature dial covers 160 to 375 F for everything from onion rings to chicken. An electrical safety isolation switch and a reset button for overheating sit on the ABS control dial. The body is stainless steel throughout, which wipes down after service and stands up to daily use in a cafe or catering trailer. It measures 21.4 inches wide, 17 inches deep and 12 inches tall, weighs 22 lbs and runs on 110V at 60Hz.
