Most blinds do one job. This one changes shape. Left buttoned up it is a sealed enclosure, four one-way panels wrapping the full circle so nothing crosses the surroundings unnoticed. Release the side panel and the entire wall folds back, leaving a low screen that hides one direction and leaves the working side wide open, which suits a spot where an enclosure would be more restriction than help. Nothing is added or removed to make that change, so it happens in the field in seconds. The frame is a ring-pull hub design: lift the top rings, draw the four side rings out, and the shell tensions itself into a 58 in square standing 67 in tall, with the hubs spanning 74 in corner to corner for a wider footprint than the wall dimensions suggest. Collapsing it means pushing the same rings in, folding, and dropping it in the bag. Three windows run on silent slides, so a shooting lane can be changed mid-sit without the noise a zipper makes. Two ways in and out, a door that opens completely and a smaller side door, mean crossing the floor is never necessary to reach an opening. For concealment, the printed pattern is only the base layer; loops sewn across the shell take branches and vegetation picked up where the blind sits, so it matches the cover actually growing there. Stakes and wind ropes hold it down when the wind gets up. Shell fabric is 150D oxford under a PU coating on fiberglass poles, at a packed weight of 15 lb in the bag.
