Four thermostat settings cover the whole breakfast range: 200 F holds cooked food warm, 250 F browns toast and burgers, 300 F handles eggs and pancakes, and 425 F crisps bacon and sausage. Stamped aluminum spreads 1400W across the plate so the middle does not scorch while the edges stay cold. The nonstick coating contains no PTFE, PFOA, lead, or cadmium, the 120V unit is ETL certified, and the slide-out grease tray is dishwasher safe.
