Fold the backrest forward and this fir wood unit opens into a 56-in picnic table seating four; swing it back and the same frame becomes a garden bench for two, which is why it suits a patio too tight for both. A 1.5-in center hole takes a standard patio umbrella pole, sold separately, for shade over lunch. The table surface is rated for 350 lbs, each seat for 705 lbs, and the bench setup for 800 lbs of sitters. Seats sit 19-in off the ground for easy standing, and the untreated dark brown grain can be repainted to match existing furniture.
