As the town of Las Vegas, New Mexico, prepares to jump on the Day of the Dead bandwagon, Skye O'Malley reluctantly agrees to use her coffee shop kitchen to make several batches of sugar skulls for the celebration...all the while wondering if it's such a great idea to stir up the local ghosts for fun and profit. When a large mural at the downtown park where the festival is to take place is defaced, Skye is asked to use her psychic abilities to divine who - or what - is the culprit.
