Stress free living is possible for many of us, at least in a large part of life. There will always be some stress, including positive stress, for we continue to creatively evolve and expand our interests and capabilities.
As we grab hold of a new desire and notice the contrast it presents to the old status quo, there is an initial surge of uncertainly. But it needn't be challenging or traumatic if we learn how to empty out the confusion and fear that muddles our mind.
Basically, we need to learn a way to gain clarity and insight from which effective action can take place. We need to learn the process of decluttering the confusion that causes the challenges we want to overcome, in order to find a clear and successful pathway for solving the problems we encounter throughout life. We need to find a new and different way to effect change in the outer conditions by starting within.
