Captain Nick Torres is a 32 year old, highly decorated Officer and leader of an elite Army Ranger Spec Ops team. He and his men were part of 1st battalion stationed out of Hunter Army Airfield in Savannah, Georgia. They were strictly covert operators with multiple assignments in Iraq, Afghanistan and Libya. Torres, or Hawk as the men called him, was a very demanding man. Early in his Ranger career he served in Operation Iraqi Freedom and was part of the 75th Ranger Regiment out of Fort Benning, Georgia. His regiment was part of Task Force 121, responsible for hunting down and eventually capturing Saddam Hussein in 2003. His experience during the early months of 2003 hardened and shaped him into the leader he became. However, Captain Torres had a dark side. A side that sought out careless acts, seemingly calling on death to find him as if war wasn't enough. Perhaps it was his tragic childhood pushing him towards activities others would find absolutely insane! It was this desire, drive and insanity which empowered him during combat. This made him the type of soldier Generals called upon to lead men into war.
