Sheero In the Making Workbook - Your Past is the second in a series of workbooks. The purpose of the workbook is for women to be able to overcome their past. It is hard for some people to be happy and to truly live until we can get over past hurts and disappointments. Often times, people get so caught up in the things that have happened to them in the past that they struggle with living in the present and building a future can be a challenge. I created this workbook so that the person who chooses to use it will be able to get to the root of what is keeping them stagnant so that they can break free from the hurt and the pain that they have been carrying. To be able to do that, you must acknowledge that there is pain, accept the pain, and then learn to move past it. With this workbook, I hope that it will be used as a tool to help with healing and learning to love oneself.
