One of the most obvious results of listening to your "human voice" (Ego) is the feeling of incompleteness and as a result of this, the constant striving for more recognition, material belongings and money. We also strive for acknowledgement, admiration, attention and power. Living according to the Ego leave us restless, unhappy, discontent and having an inner void. In this constant striving for more it is impossible to be calm and quiet as the total focus is on receiving, gathering and accumulating. If we are listening to the Ego we are more dependent on other people to give us what we crave and therefore also more prone to disappointment. In this stage our self-esteem depends on what others think of us and how they judge us. We give our power away as we are constantly looking for validation from outside. The result of this is that we frequently blame others and we feel like victims in our circumstances.In this book I make readers aware of their emotions, resistance to events in their life, attachments to various things, their tendency to judge rather than having compassion, living in the past or future in stead of the now and living in fear.Give yourself the opportunity to learn how to listen to your soul and start having the life your are suppose to have.
