This book is like a salad bar. Or a Chinese buffet. Or even a little bit like a teenager's locker in June.
It's filled with a little bit of this, a little bit of that and then a little bit of this again.
Author, Kim Rezendes, loves to run. She also loves to think while she runs. About all sorts of things. Sometimes her thoughts make her laugh and sometimes they make her cry. Sometimes they make her think. And sometimes they make her wonder if she has any more working brain cells...
Here, in her first book, (some of) these thoughts are now shared with you. It is her hope that they will make YOU laugh and cry. That they will make YOU think and wonder. And really, that's all she wants this book to do.
(Well, that and pay for her kids' college tuition but she doesn't want to sound too needy. At least not so early in your relationship. She's not even met you yet...)
