Rock of Recovery is a series of books for moderators to use in Christian Enabler/Addiction Recovery Groups or for individual use. It teaches Developmental Emotional Maturity Skills. The second book: Overcoming Torment teaches the Tormented Mind Cycle and Recovery. The Offended Cycle and Recovery, an Offense vs. an Emotional Wound, How to be Blameless, A Yoke of Slavery, Identifying a Wounded Heart and Recovery, Drunk vs. Sober Emotions, Forgiveness and Finding Freedom. Each lesson is carefully outlined with an exercise, foundational thinking principle and application to real life. There is a Moderator Guide, Small Group Rules, Leadership Guidelines and character qualities of a Good Follower.
