Rambo for the NES is a 1987 action‑adventure platformer developed by Pack‑In‑Video and published by Acclaim, based on the blockbuster film Rambo: First Blood Part II. Released in Japan in December 1987 and in North America in May 1988, the game follows John Rambo as he accepts Colonel Trautman’s mission to return to Vietnam and locate missing POWs.
