BY LEARNING A FOREIGN LANGUAGE, I BELIEVE ANYONE CAN SHARPEN THEIR CRITICAL THINKING AND BROADEN THEIR PERSPECTIVES ABOUT THE WORLD. THIS BOOK OPENS ONE'S MIND TO NEW CULTURES AND NEW WAYS OF THINKING. IT GIVES YOU THE CHANCE TO CONSIDER FOREIGN CULTURES AGAINST THEIR VALUES TRADITIONS AND GIVES THEM A DEEPER RESPECT FOR THEIR MULTI-FACETED WORLD. THROUGH LANGUAGE LEARNING, PEOPLE ARE EXPOSED TO A DIFFERENT SET OF AESTHETICS, CUISINES, PHILOSOPHIES, POLITICS, HISTORIES, AND TRADITIONS. THIS HAS BEEN MY CASE.
