The preceding story takes place after the events of Fallen from Grace
After the events in Avendale, Chris Jackson spent the next year preparing for his Position as Lieutenant aboard the U.S.S. Zebedee. Once aboard, he is quickly assigned to investigate the disappearance of stolen crates. Working alongside him is the daughter of the Israeli Ambassador, Warrant Officer Nira Moses of the Israeli Special Forces. Chris quickly discovers the existing bigotry his superior officer holds towards the Israeli nation as a series of events thrusts him into a much deeper plot that introduces a level of terrorism that threatens not only the safety of the local community, but the Navy itself.
