Teachers are bestowed with the responsibility of moulding our future leaders and imparting them with the needed knowledge, However, what happens when the teachers haven't been properly trained to meet those needs? Consequently, training teachers is of utmost importance for new and experienced ones as they play a crucial role in shaping the tutors, which, in turn, helps them in moulding our young minds and preparing future generations.
