This book documents the making of the 10 feet by 5 feet Paint for a Cause painting for the residents of the Missouri Veterans Home - Cape Girardeau. It contains the names of the 1,128 people who painted on this painting. The authors could find no such record for the most people to paint on a single painting. As far as they are concerned at this moment in time, this is an unofficial record for the most people to paint a painting in Cape Girardeau, Missouri; the State of Missouri; most likely the United States; and we daresay, the world.
