Being in a heavy depression from the age of 59 for three long years, not being able to leave the house, not being able to look people in the eyes, not being able to drive on motorways, suffering from high blood pressure, panic and anxiety attacks, life was hardly worth living, until one day I thought enough was enough and dug really deep into the depths of my soul and decided to beat this evil condition, NOT with anti depressants and man made products, (especially as I have been in health and well-being most of my life, with a diploma in Diet and Nutrition), but with natural remedies, holistic therapies, coping mechanisms and calming meditation. With this method, I managed to beat depression in just a few months! I am now 63 and the photo below with a happy face is me :)Don't get me wrong, I'm not 100% better... roughly 80%, but that is more than enough to have my life back and feel good again...I believe ultimately life is about purpose and I have realized that my purpose on this beautiful planet of ours is to help people, so my friend, allow me to help you 'Out of the Dark'.
