I'm honored to show you our family's journey with plant-based eating, and highlight some of the recipes and revelations that have helped reshape our lives. The second half of this cookbook is dedicated to the art of sourdough bread-making, which I conveniently discovered in the early days of going plant-based. In these pages, I happily share more about the endless benefits of eating sourdough - along with several of our family-favorite sourdough "discard" recipes, including cookies, pancakes, and cobbler.
