Who Is Girl Gone Healthy? Almost two years ago, I took a leap of faith and decided to write myself a different story... to bet on myself. I needed to get my health in order not only for me, but my sister's girls I am now a maternal guardian for. On top of that, as the sole provider in my home, I was constantly chasing investments and side hustles to give myself the financial cushion I so desperately felt I needed to be comfortable. I was no stranger to working 2-3 side gigs in addition to a full-time career in healthcare, 'cause, hey, there's no stronger vibe than the girl determined to rise vibe. I took a small step and started with focusing on my own health journey, and when I experienced the results I had it felt natural to want to share it with everyone in my sphere. That's when the opportunity of coaching knocked on my door, and I gave up the other gigs to narrow my focus on helping others. Since then, I have helped hundreds of people have the same success by following a simple program and by being open to being coachable. Then came the RIPPLE EFFECT...many of my clients wanted to help others, too, and I now find myself as the CEO of Girl Gone Healthy, LLC, with a total of 50 coaches sharing my mission! Never in a million years did I think I could run a successful business, speaking on a stage sharing my success with hundreds of other coaches, leading trainings and power hours, and most importantly, teaching clients healthy habits to employ each and every day. I have completed the trilogy I longed for...healthy body, healthy mind, and healthy finances beyond my wildest imagination, but I'm just getting started as there are SO MANY MORE I want to share the gift of health with AND healthy finances.
