This book was issued, in 2005, in response to the demands of competent pharmacists who are desperate to develop their career. It represents the experience of years or practice or hospital pharmacy in more than five middle east countries. The aim is to provide practical advice, exercise and an assessment tool to improve the profession or hospital pharmacy. Because of the nature of the information, this book is intended at first to be distributed only to fellow hospital pharmacists then if inspired by further acceptance, it may be handled and exploited by other healthcare professionals as well.
