With the ghoul epidemic out of control, fifteen-year-old Roger Brenner and his group of friends try to find safe haven in the town of Bedford. But the epidemic has spread. The infestation of ghoulish vampires have no boundaries.
Roger and his friends team up with a platoon of Marines, who are desperately trying to keep some sort of order in a daytime madhouse of vicious, organized gangs who prey on the innocent. And a nighttime of supernatural evil bent on slaughter and blood. The Marines patrol by day, but hunker down at night behind a small fortress waiting, wondering, what the next day will bring.
