David Powers joined the D.E.A. with only one goal in mind and that was to avenge the murders of his parents, more than twenty years ago. What made this administration perfect for the justice he sought, also enabled him to roam the Vermont and Washington, D.C. countryside with his beloved Harley Davidson Motorcycle and mingle with the scum of the earth and those who held the highest offices in the land. Sometimes, he admitted, it was difficult to tell one from the other, and that included himself. Agent Powers' decision making abilities and focus became a challenge when he fell in love with a beautiful woman, named Crista, who also had ties to those high ranking individuals in D.C. Without a doubt, his number one priority was to seek justice and at times his methods may not have been seen as completely legal, but he knew revenge was sweet.
